Billing & Insurance

Insurance Information

We work with most local and many national insurance plans to help make care as accessible and stress-free as possible for our families. Because every insurance plan is a little different, we recommend taking a moment to review your coverage so there are no surprises when it comes to providers or services.

After your insurance information is on file and confirmed, we’ll handle submitting claims directly to your insurance company. Depending on your individual plan, there may still be out-of-pocket costs such as co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles, but we do our best to make the process clear and straightforward.

If you have questions or would like a little help navigating your coverage, our billing team is always happy to assist. Please email billing@pediatricpartners.com, or contact your insurance carrier for specific plan details.

Additional Medicaid Resources

If your child is covered by a Florida Medicaid or Florida Healthy Kids plan, you're entitled to more than just basic medical care. These plans often include extra benefits—sometimes called "value-added benefits” at little or no cost to you. Depending on the plan, you may have access to monthly allowances for personal care items or over-the-counter products, rewards for healthy choices, and free rides to medical appointments.

Families with children may get additional perks, like reimbursements for swimming lessons, youth club membership, or even assistance with certain educational expenses. To find out exactly what benefits your child’s plan offers, check your member website listed below, your member handbook or give your health plan a call—they’ll be happy to help you understand all the extras available for your family.
