Our Physicians
Tommy Schechtman, MD, MSPH, FAAP
Dr. Tommy, as his patients know him, is one of the two founding partners of Pediatric Partners. As a pediatrician, his focus is providing exceptional medical care for all children. In addition, his practice specializes in providing behavioral and mental health services to all of our patients and their families. He is the former President of the Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He serves on the volunteer faculty of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Dept. of Pediatrics. Also, Dr. Tommy is the medical consultant for the Palm Beach County Schools district's Exceptional Student Education (ESE) program and is a Board Member of the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation.
Dr. Tommy is a dedicated advocate and community leader for children's health and safety issues.

Mackenzie Dailey, MD, FAAP
Dr. Dailey loves being a pediatrician because she believes it is the ultimate preventative medicine. With a special interest in breastfeeding, nutrition, and obesity, Dr. Dailey finds her work to be extremely rewarding.

Carrie Stucken, MD, FAAP
Dr. Stucken loves being a pediatrician. She enjoys helping her patients grow from tiny babies into confident, competent young adults. She is very excited to be a part of the Pediatric Partners family and looks forward to building strong and lasting relationships with her patients and their families. She is also an Affiliate Assistant Professor at Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine.

Lorena Frontado, MD, FAAP
Dr. Lorena Frontado, is originally from Venezuela where she graduated from the #1 school of medicine at Universidad Central de Venezuela. She then pursued her passion of becoming a pediatrician after completing her residency at Holtz Children’s Hospital at Miami University. She loves seeing her patients grow and develop while she guides their parents during parenthood to always be the fan #1 of their own children. Dr. Frontado truly believes that an integrative medical approach is essential for her to identify each patient’s different needs and to provide them with unique care. The reason why she promotes mental health throughout each visit. Dr. Frontado joined our practice in early August this year and will be seeing patients at our PBG location on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Nadia Nagy, MD, FAAP
Dr. Nagy graduated from St. George's University School of Medicine in 2019 and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Arizona and Banner Medical Center in Tuscon, Arizona. She has earned several awards as an outstanding resident educator and facilitator throughout her career.
Dr. Nagy loves to interact with patients and make a positive impact on their futures. Outside of work time, Dr. Nagy enjoys playing sports, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband and cat!

Matthew Davenport, ARNP

Suzanne has seen the power of play as a crucial component of pediatric medicine in breaking barriers with patients and parents to help make a true impact as a provider!

Paola Herrera, MD
Paola Herrera completed her medical education and pediatric training in Venezuela. She graduated Medical School from Carabobo University and completed her pediatric residency at Hospital Central de Maracay.
Although she is not a practicing pediatrician in the United States, Paola has followed her passion for the care of children by taking a lead role in developing mental health and developmental services within our primary care pediatric practice.
She is our Behavioral Health Clinical Director. Paola leads a team that includes pediatricians, a co-located psychologist, social worker, and case managers.
Our practice is recognized by the NCQA as a level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and was the first practice in the State of Florida to earn NCQA’s Distinction in Behavioral Health Integration.

Karina Rodriguez, M.Ed., MPA, LMSW
Karina Rodriguez, M.Ed., MPA, LMSW graduated from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs with a Master’s in Public Administration as well as a Master’s of Science in Social Work.
Karina served the New York City Department of Education from 2006 through 2021 as the Director of School Counseling supporting children and families. She has also worked as a primary therapist, providing individual and group counseling. She provides a wide range of psychotherapy therapeutic services that include cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, depression, anxiety, parenting, and trauma resolution/healing issues. Karina believes in partnering with families to build a relationship that is centered on understanding and growth.
