Billing & Insurance
We participate with most local and many national insurance plans. However, it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see, or the services you can receive.
If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.
Please contact our billing office by emailing us at billing@pediatricpartners.com or call your insurance carrier should you have questions.

Dear Pediatric Partner's Families,
We are writing to inform you of an important change in our relationship with United Healthcare (UHC) in 2024. After careful consideration we have made the difficult decision that beginning April 12th, 2024, Pediatric Partners will no longer be in-network with UHC and its affiliates (see below) for payment of medical and behavioral health services. This means we will no longer be able to see patients with UHC insurance after April 11th, 2024 unless they elect to self-pay for care. This decision will impact all patients with United Healthcare and UHC network plans*. Pediatric Partners will continue to be in-network with all of our other current insurance companies.
This difficult decision is directly due to UHC’s payment rates. We are financially unable to sustain being paid less than our costs for our services. We have spent a significant amount of time over the past year attempting to negotiate fair and reasonable rates with United Healthcare; however, UHC has refused to make any meaningful change in their contract offer.
We recognize that the relationship between patients and healthcare providers is built on trust and convenience. At Pediatric Partners, we want to continue being your child’s pediatrician and caring for their healthcare needs. Since many patients choose their employer-based plan in October we want to provide sufficient time to ensure you have the option of selecting a non-United Healthcare network health plan for 2024. You will also have the option of remaining with our practice utilizing out-of-network services.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured that we have exhausted all efforts to continue the partnership with United Healthcare. Please feel free to contact our office at (561) 741-0000 or any one of our providers for more information. We would appreciate you contacting UHC customer service (phone number is listed on back of your insurance card) or your employer’s human resource director to express your concerns that Pediatric Partners will no longer be contracting with United Health Care and its affiliates as of next April.
Thank you, and please remember we remain with you, for your child, for years to come…
