Billing & Insurance
We participate with most local and many national insurance plans. However, it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see, or the services you can receive.
If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.

Updated Notice About Your Medicaid Healthcare Plan Program
Dear Pediatric Partner Family,
Florida’s Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) may have changed your Medicaid healthcare plan or primary care provider (PCP) as of February 1st, 2025. Please note that some previous Medicaid plans are no longer an option.
If you or your child was randomly reassigned to a non-Pediatric Partners’ PCP you have the right to change it back so you can continue receiving care from our practice.
If you need to get detailed information about your child’s Medicaid health care plan or you would like to change your assigned plan, please use the patient portal at the Florida Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (FLSMMC) website via this link - https://flmedicaidmanagedcare.com/.
If you agree with the Medicaid health care plan your child has been assigned, and you notice that your PCP was randomly switched to a non-Pediatric Partners’ PCP, you must call your health care plan directly to switch the PCP back to a Pediatric Partners’ provider. See below for a list of contacts.

Florida Medicaid’s Voluntary Recipients (otherwise known as Fee for Service (FFS) or Straight Medicaid Recipients) were automatically enrolled in a managed health care plan as of February 1st, 2025. If this is your situation, you can decide to either remain enrolled or opt out of the managed health care plan. To choose to disenroll from the assigned plan, visit https://flsmmc.com or call 1-877-711-3662.
